Fran Ullmer (president) has been in the cheese-making business for most of his life. He grew up helping his parents (Harvey & Angeline Ullmer) in their factory, Isaar Cheese. After serving in the Marine Corp. during the Veitnam War he met and married his wife Kristine. In 1986 they bought their own factory called Krakow Cheese. Later, Fran sold his factory and the equipment inside. Fran has now been selling equipment globally for more than 20 years. He has expanded his inventory and services and trained many of his own children in the business.
Ullmer's Dairy Equipment is a family owned and operated business. Since we opened our doors in 1991 we’ve tried to treat every customer like they were a part of our family and you will be too.
